TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The HUB for the Event will be at The Visitor Centre ( No 2 on the map)
On the day, booking in will be at the HUB at 9.30a.m. when Canvas/paper/board must be stamped by a Steward to confirm that it is blank. More than one canvas/paper/board may be stamped but only one may
be entered for Judging.

Each competing Artists must have completed an Entry Form and paid the Entry Fee of £15/£20 by Saturday 6th July 2024, prior to the Painting beginning. Artists must be over 18 years of age on entry.

Each Competing Artist must provide and be responsible for their own equipment and belongings on the day. Please dress appropriately for outdoor painting considering the weather on the day.

Many animals live in Stanley Park and all competitors must respect them and not interfere with their lives in any way.

Be aware that visitors to the Park require to access all pathways and entrances. Please be mindful of storing your belonging so as not to cause a hazard in any way.

Various sports take part in the Park. Please respect athletes and do not hinder their activities.

Avoid setting up on a road, entrance, or too close to the edge of the Lake.

Park Vehicles may require access at times, please be aware and give them precedence.
Refreshments can be found both at the HUB and in the Art Deco Café ( No 3 on the map)

Toilets are available by the HUB / Bowling Greens.

Areas not accessible for this Event are :- The Sports Centre Complex ; The Model Village ; The Cricket Ground ; The Golf Course and Club House

By entering and taking part in this event Artists agree to being photographed and images used in publicity.

Artists must bring their ONE chosen piece of Artwork to the HUB by 4 p.m. (or before).

Judging will take place at 4.30p.m.by The Judge, a Professional Artist and ‘Plein Air’ painter,

The Winner and Runner up will be announced and the Prize-giving take place.
At 5p.m. the HUB re-opens for the Public Viewing and Sales of Artwork completed on the day by Artists.
